DMAC - Preparing for Assessments

Beginning with week 5, you will need to prepare yourself to administer the first 6 weeks test.  To help you with this preparation, this post will help you learn how to do the following tasks:

• Print a Test
• Print Scantrons on Plain Paper
• Set up Online Testing
• Monitor Online Testing

To print a test, go to TAG Online Resources to learn how to do the following tasks:

To Learn How to Set up Student Online Testing, CLICK HERE, and go to the student responses link.

To monitor students during Online Testing, CLICK HERE, and click on manage on-line testing link.

It is recommended to take the test first and after the student has completed the test, he is given access to enter answers online.

Transfer your Test from TAG into TEKScore

1. Create a new key one under the "test keys" drop down.
2. Fill out that page & save (use the naming structure:  SS.11.10 is for Social Studies, 11th grade, 1st six weeks)
3. Choose content and fill out the subject & courses box
4. Hit key and choose copy
5. When the "COPY KEY" page comes up select TAG, choose the course and test, and then copy
6. Click SAVE
